See every tree. Know every block. Manage with confidence.

Aerial intelligence for palm oil estates — from a single baseline survey to full quarterly precision management. No jargon, just results you can act on.

How It Works

Three steps from first flight to ongoing plantation intelligence.

01

Baseline Survey

We fly your estate with a professional survey drone. You receive a complete aerial map, 3D surface model, tree count, yield estimation, and detailed report.

02

Choose a Retainer

Upgrade to quarterly monitoring. We re-fly every quarter, track changes, and deliver health assessments, weed maps, drainage analysis, and more.

03

Act on Results

Use our reports and prescription maps to direct field crews, optimise inputs, and demonstrate compliance to buyers and auditors — within 3–5 days of your survey flight.

Tier 1

Aerial Survey

A complete one-off baseline of your estate. You receive a high-resolution aerial map, 3D surface model, tree count, yield estimation, and block boundary mapping — everything you need to understand what you have and where it stands. Delivered as a professional survey report within 3–5 days of the flight.

Includes

  • High-resolution aerial map
  • 3D surface model
  • Contour mapping
  • Tree count with tree-level precision
  • Yield estimation
  • Block boundary mapping
  • Replanting assessment
  • Professional survey report

Tier 3

Precision Management

Everything in Tier 2, plus actionable prescription maps and targeted input recommendations delivered every quarter. Your ground crew receives GPS-ready zone maps specifying what to apply, where, and at what rate — reducing waste and directing effort to where it has the highest return.

Individual Services

Start with a Tier 1 baseline survey — then add only the assessments you need. Each service runs on completed aerial data and delivers a focused report for that specific layer.

Canopy Health Assessment

RM 18 / acre

Block-by-block canopy condition mapped from aerial imagery. Colour-coded by density and stress indicators. Flags areas needing ground follow-up.

Waterlogging & Drainage Map

RM 12 / acre

Identifies standing water, poor drainage zones, and affected blocks. Used for infrastructure decisions and seasonal prep before wet season.

Weed Pressure Map

RM 10 / acre

Maps weed coverage and severity per block. Supports targeted herbicide planning and cuts blanket spraying cost.

Road Condition Assessment

RM 8 / acre

Aerial inspection of your estate road network. Flags surface damage, deterioration, and access constraints before harvest peak.

Prescription Maps

RM 22 / acre

Block-specific input plans specifying product, rate, and target zone. Covers fertiliser, herbicide, and insecticide application.

Change Detection Report

RM 15 / acre

Compares two aerial surveys to track canopy change, growth, and land use shifts over time. Requires two completed baseline surveys.

No prior survey? Tier 1 is the entry point. Individual services are added on top once your baseline is in place.

Rates are per acre. Mobilization and project setup fee quoted separately.

Seasonal Calendar

Timing matters. Here is how a typical annual survey cycle works across four quarters.

Q1Jan – Mar

Baseline & Planning

Initial aerial survey. Establish block boundaries, tree count, and estate baseline. Set priorities for the year ahead.

Q2Apr – Jun

Health Assessment

First quarterly re-fly. Canopy health assessment, waterlogging check after wet season, early weed pressure detection.

Q3Jul – Sep

Mid-Year Review

Second re-fly. Track changes since Q1, update prescription maps, assess road conditions before harvest peak.

Q4Oct – Dec

Year-End & Replanting

Final quarterly survey. Replanting assessments, compliance documentation prep, annual performance summary report.

Expanding Our Capabilities

We're investing in the next generation of estate intelligence.

📡

LiDAR Scanning

Precise 3D point cloud mapping — individual palm heights, canopy volume, and terrain elevation with centimetre accuracy. Enables height-vs-age analysis and under-canopy terrain modelling for drainage planning.

🔬

Multispectral Imaging

Beyond what the eye can see. Multispectral sensors detect early-stage crop stress, nutrient deficiency, and disease indicators weeks before symptoms appear to ground inspectors or standard RGB cameras.

Current TFS surveys use high-resolution RGB cameras. Multispectral and LiDAR capabilities are in development. Contact us to be notified when available.
